Hard to Believe...

Our little boy turned 3 yesterday!
In the past year he has had some major
accomplishments. Most were done out of his
pure genius. Others were the effects of
parents with frenzied minds trying to
prepare for another wee boy in the house.
Let's see . . .

He learned to defy gravity with Legos.

He moved from a crib to a toddler bed.

No more warm milk before bed to go to sleep. Hooray!

He moved from a toddler bed to a twin bed.
No more bonking his head in a pint-sized bed. Yay!

And most amazingly he can do very difficult
puzzles alone. He did this puzzle of the
United States by himself. Most of the pieces
are the shape of the states - with the exception of some
Eastern ones. If you don't believe that he can do
the puzzle by himself - like Perry didn't when
I told him - then watch the video. If you believe me,
I thank you for your trust.
(Feel free to watch the video anyway).

And, yes, those are big boy undies that
he is wearing. Hip, hip, hooray . . .
we will only be buying diapers for one
in a few weeks!

Happy Birthday to our Big Boy!

What an accomplishment! That will be great to have that done before the baby comes - - however, don't be surprised if there are "accidents" when the baby is here! He's one talented little boy! Happy birthday Axel!
